Succulent fried lamb cutlets with vegetables


Today’s word of wisdom to get you started :).

Red meat
Olive oil (use to marinate the meat)
Ground turmeric
Vegetables (mushrooms, courgettes, garlic, hot chillies and tomatoes)
Mrs Dash steak grilling blends
Salt free
or any other preferred steak seasoning of your choice
Which consists of
Garlic ground spice
Dill seed
Coriander seed
Cayenne pepper
Celery seed
Basil, bay
Alternatively you can add the above ingredients yourself
1.Marinate meat in olive oil or any other preferred oil of your choice and allow it to stand for about 10 mins.
2.Place frying pan on medium heat.
3.Then place some chopped onions, garlic and hot chillies in the pan and let it cook for 2 minutes stirring occasionally.
4.Add the marinated meat in the pan,
let sizzle while turning around once in approx every 2 minutes until cooked as  desired rare medium or well done.
5.Transfer the contents of pan in a plate and addd courgettes and tomatoes or other vegetables as desired and let the contents cook in the left over delicious meat sauce for 5-7 minutes and It’s ready to serve.
6.Place on a separate dish and serve
